Salary Up To £38,500pa + Benefits
Our client, a top UK law firm with an international reach, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Real Estate Paralegal.
This is a market-leading team which offers exceptional training and career development - as well as the opportunity to learn from some of the best Partners and Fee-Earners in this space.
As the successful Real Estate Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Providing support to Real Estate Partners and other Fee-Earners
- Running your own matters under the supervision of a Partner or Senior Associate
- Assisting with development transactions
- Drafting comprehensive legal documents
- Preparing reports
- Collating and completing documentation bibles
- Draft ancillary documentation
- Be involved with the following types of transactions; Freehold and leasehold sales, Occupier work, Property support to corporate and financial transactions
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- A completed LLB/GDL (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- A completed LPC (or be studying) (or completed SQE1)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar Real Estate Paralegal role
- Ability to commute to the London office on a regular basis
- Demonstrated experience of working as a team
- Ability to manage your own workload/caseload
